Job description
St. Peter's Health Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse for home health in the greater Capital Region. The role offers flexible scheduling with five 7.5 hour shifts, four 10 hour shifts, or three 12 hour shifts, along with relocation assistance.
Work involves coordinating an interdisciplinary care plan and delivering patient-centered education in the home setting. Required NY RN license and 2+ years of RN experience (home health, ED, ICU, or oncology preferred).
