Job description
Archbold Home Health, part of LHC Group and a member of the UnitedHealth Group family, is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide and direct nursing care to patients in their homes, in accordance with physician orders and agency policies.
You will coordinate the plan of care with physicians and other health care professionals, supervise home health aides, perform assessments, document visits, and participate in survey readiness to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
