We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Home Health position providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes in the Bad Axe area and is eligible for a $10,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key achievements during your first year!

Perform patient assessments, medication management, and care planning
Educate and empower patients and familieson disease management and treatment plans so they feel confident, informed, and cared for

RN Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse, RN license in the state you work
One year of RN experience and the clinicalexpertiseto deliver quality patient care
Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
