Job description
Assured Home Health in Washington state is seeking a Registered Nurse for home health care. You will provide nursing care to patients in their homes, coordinate plan of care with physicians, and ensure compliance with laws and agency policies.
Key responsibilities include developing and evaluating the plan of care with the care team, supervising home health aides and LPNs, and performing OASIS assessments and accurate documentation. A WA RN license is required, with CPR preferred.
