Job description
Deaconess HomeCare, part of the LHC Group, seeks an RN to deliver skilled nursing in patients’ homes across the Gulfport area. You will assess, plan, and coordinate care with physicians and the care team to ensure continuity and high-quality outcomes.
Ideal candidates hold an active RN license, CPR, a valid driver’s license, and prefer 1+ year home health experience; you will conduct OASIS assessments, supervise aides, and participate in on-call rotations.
