Job description
UnitedHealth Group, through its Patient Care unit, seeks a Registered Nurse to provide and coordinate in-home nursing care across East Hartford, Manchester, Hartford and surrounding towns. You will assess, plan, implement and reevaluate care in partnership with physicians and care teams.
Requirements include current, unrestricted RN licensure in the state; valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
