Job description
Nascentia Health in New York is seeking an Adult Homecare RN Case Manager to deliver skilled, compassionate care to adults in their homes across Onondaga, Oneida, Oswego, Jefferson, and Cayuga counties. You’ll use clinical judgment to improve quality of life and independence.
