Job description
Benefit Home Health in Colorado Springs is seeking a Registered Nurse Case Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver in-home care services. You will develop and adjust care plans with patients, families, and clinicians, and supervise home health aides to ensure quality care in the home setting.
