Job description
Elara Caring seeks a Home Health RN Case Manager to provide skilled nursing in patients’ homes across Boston Proper, including Chinatown. You will assess, plan, implement, and coordinate care, teaching patients and caregivers how to manage medications and conditions at home.
The role offers a guaranteed salary of $90,000–$115,000 based on experience, plus a productivity bonus, paid parking pass, mileage reimbursement, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k)
