Job description
Ohio Valley Home Health affiliated with East Liverpool City Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to oversee quality and resource management for patients admitted to the facility and across the care continuum.
The role requires an Ohio RN license with a minimum of five years post-graduation experience; basic to intermediate computer skills; and BCLS certification. Home health experience and CCM or related certification within a year are preferred.
