Job description
Novant Health in North Carolina is seeking an RN to coordinate home care services and establish each patient’s plan of care. You will oversee quality, customer service, and financial aspects of your caseload.
The role requires an Associate Degree in Nursing, current RN licensure in NC, and a valid driver’s license. BLS certification is required, with BSN preferred and one year of relevant acute or home health experience.
