Job description
Healthways Home Health Services Inc. seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Home Health and Hospice division. The RN will deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, requiring strong clinical skills, independent work, and clear communication with a diverse patient population.
Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, care planning, and adherence to safety and infection control standards. Travel to client homes within Orange County and surrounding areas is expected.
