Job description
Compassus in Bartlesville, OK is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to help patients stay safely at home and maintain independence. You will educate families, support disease management, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
The role requires an Oklahoma RN license, at least two years of RN experience (home health preferred), and a valid driver’s license. CPR/BCLS certification is also expected.
