Job description
Ascension at Home together with Compassus is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate in-home care across Tulsa communities. You’ll support recovery, educate families, and oversee an interdisciplinary team to help patients stay safe at home.
Requirements include an active RN license in the state, at least two years of RN experience (home health preferred), a current driver’s license, and CPR/BCLS certification. Comprehensive benefits and onboarding offered.
