Job description
Ascension at Home together with Compassus is hiring a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to support patients recovering at home and help families reach healthcare goals. You will educate on disease management and provide clinical oversight to an interdisciplinary team.
Requirements include an active RN license in the state of work, at least two years of RN experience (home health preferred), a valid driver’s license, and CPR/BCLS certification.
