Job description
Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an experienced registered nurse to lead home care services, organizing and directing patient care in home settings with emphasis on community health education. The RN will complete assessments, develop and revise care plans, administer medications, supervise home health aides, coordinate discharge planning, and document in EPIC and OASIS.
