Job description
Ohio Living seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to provide home health and care-management services across our life plan communities in Ohio. You will assess patients, develop care plans, and deliver nursing care in homes and care facilities.
The role requires an Ohio RN license, ability to document clinical data, and collaboration with other health care providers. Weekend/evening/holiday coverage may be required as scheduled.
