Job description
Canyon Colorado Home Care & Hospice in Denver, CO is seeking a Registered Nurse to administer skilled nursing care to patients in their homes under physician orders and the care plan.
The nurse will evaluate patients, implement and adjust the plan of care, coordinate with the IDT, document findings, and provide education to patients and families. Requires CO RN licensure; 1 year experience preferred; on-call duties may apply.
