Job description
Canyon Home Care and Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes under physician orders and the plan of care. The RN will perform initial evaluations, design and adjust patient care plans with the IDT, and coordinate with physicians and caregivers.
The role requires a Utah RN license, preferred one year of nursing experience, and the ability to exercise initiative and sound judgment while maintaining high professional standards.
