Job description
CenterWell Home Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide skilled, one-on-one home care, reporting to the Clinical Manager. You will manage care plans with physicians and clinicians to support recovery and help patients regain independence.
The role requires an active RN license, CPR, and a valid driver's license. You will administer medications, perform wound care, educate patients and families, and coordinate with the care team to ensure high-quality outcomes.
