Job description
AccentCare is seeking an RN Case Manager for our Home Health team in Culver City, CA. The role covers the Inglewood primary coverage area and surrounding South Bay, with a per-point pay structure and an annual target of $108,000–$120,000 depending on experience.
The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with one weekend on-call per month. You will manage care plans from admission to discharge and lead a team of nurses and aides to deliver high-quality patient care.
