Job description
Beacon Home Health in Goodlettsville, TN is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team. The RN will create and coordinate the care plan, perform initial and ongoing evaluations, and ensure care aligns with physician orders and state guidelines.
Qualifications include a current RN license in Tennessee, CPR certification, and the ability to travel to multiple patient residences daily within the assigned area. We offer full-time benefits and opportunities for growth.
