Job description
VNA Care is seeking a Home Health RN for a full-time Case Manager role. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 40 hours from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Territory includes Hingham, Hanover, Braintree, Weymouth area.
Salary ranges from $86,000 to $129,000 for a full-time schedule, with adjustments for part-time. Benefits start day one, including medical, dental, vision, and supplemental coverage; three weeks of PTO, six paid holidays, six floating holidays, and mileage reimbursement.
