Job description
Aspirus At Home in Antigo, Wisconsin, is seeking a Registered Nurse, Case Manager to assess, plan, implement, coordinate and evaluate nursing care for Home Health patients. The role requires active RN licensure in Wisconsin, CPR/BLS, and the ability to travel to patient homes. Full-time position with varied shifts and weekend requirements, with mileage reimbursement provided.
