SunnyBrook Home Care is under new management and we’re looking to expand our caring, supportive and experienced team. If you’re a Registered Nurse seeking a rewarding Full-Time Case Management position in the Washington, Iowa area please consider a growing position with Us! Qualifications for this position include:
Active Iowa RN Licensure.
CPR Certification.
Must have a valid drivers license, insurance and reliable transportation.
Prior home care experience is preferred but will train the right candidate.
Experience with OASIS, Medicare/Medicaid regulations, and EMR (Wellsky/Kinnser) software preferred but will train the right candidate.
Ability to work independently with good time management/organizational skills as well as part of a close supportive team.
