Job description
BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Manager to lead clinical operations for our home care services. You will own Plan of Care management, supervise staff, and ensure clinical compliance to maintain high-quality patient outcomes.
As the RN Manager, you will drive quality and reliability across the program, mentor nurses and aides, and collaborate with physicians to deliver individualized in-home care.
