Job description
Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a registered nurse to lead home health services in Massachusetts. This role plans, organizes, and directs patient care in homes, using community resources to meet needs while following home care regulations and payer guidelines.
Responsibilities include initial assessments, care plan development and revisions, medication administration, and patient/family education. MA RN license and BLS required; 1+ year direct care experience; OASIS/EPIC experience preferred.
