Job description
TEEMA is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for full-time home health and hospice services in Atlanta, GA. You will lead an interdisciplinary team, assess patients, educate caregivers, and coordinate care across physicians and staff in the field.
Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, symptom management, caregiver education, documentation, and participating in QAPI programs. Travel within a 60-mile radius and on-call rotation may be required.
