Job description
Riverside Regional Home Health Agency Smithfield is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high‑quality, patient‑centered care in patients’ homes in Smithfield, Virginia. You will perform comprehensive assessments, create and implement care plans, and educate patients and families while coordinating with an interdisciplinary team.
The role requires an RN license in Virginia, CPR/BLS certification, and willingness to drive 25% or more of the time.
