Job description
Pride Health is seeking a Home HealthRN for one of our clients in Corpus Christi! (Contract)
Schedule : Day shift schedule, on‑call 1 week every 6 weeks
Contract : 3-month contract
Pay Rate : $48–53 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
Patient care/case management for home health patients in the field.
Skilled care will include but not limited to wound care, catheter care, disease process education/management, medication education/management.
Requirements and Qualifications
Current active RN license
BLS
Proficient with OASIS, HCHB experience
