We’re growing — and we’re looking for a dedicated **Registered Nurse** to join our San Antonio team!What You’ll Do:As a Registered Nurse at DSSW, you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals in home and community-based waiver programs. Your responsibilities will include:· Conducting **initial assessments** for clients transitioning off the CLASS waiting list· Performing **post-hospital assessments** to ensure continuity of care· Managing and completing **annual renewal assessments**· Collaborating with a compassionate team to ensure the highest quality of care What You Bring:· **Current RN license** in the State of Texas· **Minimum 1 year of home care nursing experience**· Strong typing skills (35 WPM with 80% accuracy) and Excel proficiency· A **reliable vehicle**, valid auto insurance, and willingness to travel throughout San Antonio· A heart for service and a commitment to empowering othersWhy Join DSSW?At DSSW, you’re not just taking a job — you’re joining a mission.
