Job description
Ohio Living is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Field Staff to plan, coordinate and deliver quality home health and hospice care in accordance with standards and regulations.
The role requires an Ohio RN license, at least one year in acute or medical-surgical care, and proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, and EMR systems. You will educate patients and families, collaborate with the care team, and support quality improvement initiatives while working in patients' homes and facilities.
