Job description
Optum Home & Community Care, part of the Optum family, is seeking an RN to join the Senior Community Care team in New Jersey. You will coordinate care for patients at home, nursing homes and assisted living, collaborating with NPs and PAs to ensure coordinated, quality care.
Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST with no weekends, holidays, or on-call requirements. A $2,500 sign-on bonus for external candidates and a comprehensive benefits package accompany a competitive salary.
