Job description
Trilogy Home Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for home health in the Davenport, FL area. This PRN/Per Diem role offers flexible scheduling and the chance to provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in their homes.
You will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, advocate for patients, and adapt care plans to promote independence and well-being. Active Florida RN license and at least 1 year of acute care or Med/Surg experience are preferred.
