Job description
Sanford Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive home health nursing in Canby, MN. The RN will perform assessments, plan and implement care, and collaborate with patients, families, and physicians to ensure continuous, high-quality care.
The role requires an accredited nursing program, an active RN license, and BLS; COS-C is preferred. A Bachelor's degree and 1+ year of experience are preferred, with a strong emphasis on home health practice.
