Job description
Emblem Healthcare is seeking a Home Health RN to serve patients across Scottsdale and Fountain Hills, AZ. This part-time role pays $85,000–$95,000 yearly, plus travel expenses, with flexible schedules to support work-life balance.
You will build relationships, develop personalized care plans, coordinate care as a Case Manager, and educate patients and caregivers. Arizona RN licensure and a valid driver’s license are required.
