Job description
Canby Home Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver professional nursing services in the home setting. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for patients/residents, coordinating with families and physicians to ensure continuity of care.
The role requires an RN license in the practice state, BLS, and preferably COS-C. A Bachelor's degree in nursing and prior home health experience are preferred; a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 is offered for eligible applicants.
