Job description
The Registered Nurse (RN) at Canby Home Health uses the nursing process to deliver professional nursing services to patients in the home. Responsibilities include assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, with collaboration with physicians and the care team to coordinate care.
Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, an active RN license in Minnesota, BLS certification, and a minimum of one year of nursing experience; COS-C preferred.
