Job description
Sanford Health in Canby, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide professional home health care using the nursing process, from assessment to evaluation, in collaboration with patients, families and physicians.
The RN will document care, perform planning and triage, and maintain competency per state standards; BLS is required, a driving license may be needed, and a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 is available for eligible applicants.
