Job description
Geisinger Home Health, part of the Optum family, seeks a Registered Nurse to provide and coordinate nursing care for patients in their homes across Luzerne County, PA. You will work with physicians and the care team to ensure a comprehensive plan of care in line with laws, regulations, and agency policies.
In this full-time role you’ll engage in documentation, plan execution, and patient education while supporting continuity of care and collaboration with clinicians, patients, and families.
