Job description
UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Registered Nurse for Home Health to deliver and coordinate in-home nursing care. You will work with physicians and care teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans, conducting assessments and ensuring quality patient outcomes.
The role includes supervision of home health staff, adherence to regulatory standards, and participation in on-call and weekend rotations as needed.
