Job description
Well Care Health in North Carolina seeks a registered nurse to assess, plan, and deliver home-based patient care. You will coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and adapt care plans to meet safety standards and policy guidelines.
You must hold an active NC nursing license, CPR certification, and a valid North Carolina driver’s license. Home health experience is preferred and current driving is required for field visits.
