Job description
BrightStar Care is seeking a compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, in-home patient care across the service area in Texas. You will perform SOC, Recertifications, care planning, wound care, lab draws, and education for patients and families, coordinating with physicians and the care team to optimize outcomes.
Ideal candidates enjoy autonomous work, strong assessment skills, effective communication, and reliable transportation for frequent home visits.
