Job description
The Cleveland Clinic Home Care Services is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Home Care Team serving patients in the West of I-77 Service area. You will deliver direct nursing care in patients' homes, implement care plans, educate families, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team.
