Job description
Hackensack Meridian Health At Home is seeking a licensed nurse to provide in-home patient care in New Jersey. The role focuses on delivering one-to-one care with ample time for patient interaction, following physician orders, and updating care plans.
The position requires an Associate's Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing, 6 months RN experience or 1 year LPN in home care, and BLS/HCP certification. BSN preferred; strong documentation and coordination skills are essential.
