Job description
CareRing Health, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse to perform initial and periodic comprehensive assessments for home health admissions and ongoing care. The role focuses on evaluating patient needs, care plan effectiveness, and outcomes, including OASIS items when appropriate.
The RN will admit clients, provide skilled nursing care, perform physician-ordered treatments, monitor status changes, and educate families on medications and procedures in a home health setting.
