Job description
Home Recovery Home Aid seeks a Registered Nurse to conduct initial and ongoing home health assessments for admissions and continued service. The role focuses on determining client needs and outcomes using OASIS items where appropriate.
The RN will deliver comprehensive nursing care per care plans, perform physician-ordered treatments, and monitor patient status, communicating changes to the clinical leadership and physicians as needed.
