Job description
BAYADA at BAYhealth is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time or part-time home health visits, performing assessments and admissions for adult patients in Dover, Camden, and Magnolia. You will join a multi-disciplinary team delivering rehabilitative care and skilled nursing in the patients’ homes.
As an RN, you will follow care plans, document changes, and coordinate with clinical and client services managers while carrying out orders and documenting observations with a touchpad EMR.
