Job description
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice seeks a licensed professional to provide intermittent skilled care in patients' homes. You will educate patients and families, follow physician orders, and implement the plan of care with accuracy and compassion.
Must graduate from an approved school of clinical education, hold a current license, possess CPR, and have at least one year of relevant experience. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required; competitive benefits are offered.
