Job description
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking an experienced registered nurse to administer skilled care for patients at home, following physician orders and the established plan of care. The role includes teaching patients and families and coordinating with the health care team.
Ideal candidates will be graduates of an approved school of clinical education, hold current Texas licensure, and have at least one year of licensed professional experience, with basic technology skills for mobile devices.
